The Wenatchee Valley Plateau Indian Culture

This website was created as a result of a Schools and Museums Mingling (SAMM) grant in which Pioneer Middle School participated. All of the pages linked to this homepage were created by seventh grade students who spent four weeks researching assigned topics. A significant time was also spent working at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. The goal was to create an interesting and informative website, to share some of the history and artifacts of the Plateau Indian culture, and to make the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center's collection more accessible to the public. The pictures and artifacts that you will see are all part of the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center collection.
