Welcome to Pioneer Middle School’s Web page! We are located in Wenatchee Washington, in beautiful North Central Washington. We are about 3 hours West of Spokane, 2 1/2 hours East of Seattle and 2 hours North of Yakima. We are one of three middle schools in Wenatchee, a community of approximately 30,000 people. Pioneer has a student body population consistently around 600 students.
We are the oldest and newest middle school in Wenatchee. Original construction was completed in 1958 making us the oldest middle school. An $11 million dollar remodel was completed in 2006 thus making us the newest school in the District.
Pioneer’s slogan is, “The Tradition Continues.” We are very proud of our past and are excited about our future. We have a caring and qualified staff who work very hard to help students succeed, not only academically, but socially/emotionally as well.
